I'm so over the moon today. Went to Quilter's Inn to visit Full Bloom in an actual store. Got a phone call from a store that says it's flying off the shelf. And came home to my very own 22 bolts of Full Bloom. You all have been so incredibly supportive, I can't thank you all enough!
UPDATE (July 13): So many of you have entered, I've decided to add a third winner. One more fat quarter stack!
So, let's do a little give-away of 2 stacks of fat quarters.
If you are in, just leave me a comment and tell me what you are thinking of making! I'll use the random number generator to pick two winners on July 24th. Happy sewing!

Oh how awesome...Im in! I would love to add some of your designs to my fabric collection. I make 'fabric on wood art' sealed up with polyurethane and I just know I could have tons of fun with some of your fat quarters! Hope I win- hee hee congrats on your work flying off the shelves ..that is always rewarding!

Great! I love a give away! It's too much pressure to think of what to do. Can't I just display them like in the pic. They look so perfect like that!
Posted by: Laura Zarrin | Monday, July 06, 2009 at 07:04 PM
My current kick has been making skirts for my girls (3 and almost 5). I know they would look great in your fabric! And, with so many fat quarters, I could make a couple skirts for each of them and still have enough to make something for myself! Can't decide what that would be!
Posted by: SarahB | Monday, July 06, 2009 at 07:15 PM
I'm definitely in! So many options for the fabric...I'm thinking a little dress for my 8-mo-old daughter or some cute stuffed birds.
Or maybe I'll just hoard the fabric because it's too pretty to use! Nah...
Posted by: Indie Icing | Monday, July 06, 2009 at 07:16 PM
Well Bari, a quilt of course...although I would love to make some of those plush birds MawBell Designs had at market....love birds (unless they are in my attic!)
Oh, and though it likely will lessen my chances....I will post a link on my blog too! (do I get two entries for that?) :)

The colors are so yummy. I have a soapstone countertop and a long runner with these colors would be fantabulous! Or even better than that. Thank you for the giveaway, your innovative design, and fun comments on Twitter. I look forward to seeing your Tweets.
Take care,

So many things come to mind! Of course dresses for little girls are a must!. I would also make a few clutches maybe a really fun messenger bag. Maybe Pillows? Whatever I make it would look great, these fabrics are just so gorgeous!
Posted by: zenzhey | Monday, July 06, 2009 at 07:22 PM
So glad to hear your fabric is flying off the shelves and into the lovely arms of marvelous quilters! I want to redesign my studio with all your gorgeous fabrics!
Posted by: Kimberly Shaw | Monday, July 06, 2009 at 07:34 PM
I'd have fun using some as appliques on pillows!
Posted by: mjb | Monday, July 06, 2009 at 07:44 PM
Excellent! I love seeing your things at market on all of the blog posts I devoured.
As for what to do with it? quilt, wall hanging, hug it, squeeze it, hold it....
Posted by: amylouwho | Monday, July 06, 2009 at 07:58 PM
I just recently made my first quilt and now I'm hooked! Can't wait to start my next one. :)
Posted by: Emily Flippin Maruna | Monday, July 06, 2009 at 08:05 PM
So pretty! Congrats on such a smashing debut!
If I win, first I'll lay it all out and stare for days. Then I'll probably make clutches or pillows or an apron or fabric journals...oh the possibilities.
I'll be out of touch with the computer world on the 24th-31st. If I happen to win (fingers and toes and eyes crossed) I won't be able to respond until the night of the 31st. :D
Posted by: angel | Monday, July 06, 2009 at 08:06 PM
It would be so hard to decide. I guess I'd make myself a pair of deco pants. Or a patchwork purse.
The colors are just gorgeous.

Oh, I am SOOO in!!! Just saw this on Twitter - not that I don't check your blog every day - it just wouldn't have been until morning if not for your tweet! I am LOVING Twitter to keep up with everyone, but am wishing I had some followers, other than the ones who have only one post about some way to make money, or who are promoting porn! No thanks! Anyway, back to this - dang - what would I use your fabric for??? EVERYTHING!!! I might try it on some aprons, or might actually try my first quilt (which I am definitely planning soon!) I'm hoping to get to the quilt store sometime this week to touch your fabric for real!!! (And hopefully buy some - keeping my fingers crossed that they have it!) I love to walk through there and look at my favorite fabrics, and touch them and think, I'll have you someday!!! I can only imagine how thrilled you were to hear how it's flying off the shelves!!! Probably a much huger high than having an empty bread basket at Farmer's Market and hearing, "Oh, shoot, I didn't get here in time for your bread!" I love that - but I'll bet your "high" is much higher!!! : )
Posted by: Rebecca | Monday, July 06, 2009 at 08:14 PM
So lovely!
I really want to make a picnic quilt for the rest of the summer!
Posted by: Lili | Monday, July 06, 2009 at 08:17 PM
Those prints are so bold & graphic - probably just a big 'ol quilt - maybe not even cutting up the FQs!
Posted by: ~Michelle~ | Monday, July 06, 2009 at 08:19 PM
Oh how fun!!! I am on a bag-making kick lately so I think I'd get started on lots of bags as holiday gifts!
Posted by: Leigh | Monday, July 06, 2009 at 08:24 PM
Oh, gosh. The fabrics are soooo yummy! I'd be making one of those quilts with log cabin type blocks with your beautiful fabrics and black/white fabric with white setting strips. . . or a bento box type quilt - with the blocks cut apart and then put back together in random order. I'd probably just touch the fabric for a long time too and just totally enjoy every piece of it!
Posted by: Amy Rochelle | Monday, July 06, 2009 at 08:30 PM
Well, I'll definitely make a quilt or duvet cover with it, and I also need a diaper bag....
Congratulations Bari, it is a beautiful fabric collection!
Posted by: Jodi | Monday, July 06, 2009 at 08:39 PM
Wowzers! What beautiful fabrics, Miss Bari! Like many of the others, I'd definitely take some touchy feely oogle time. I believe I'd try out your apron tute. Then again some cuteariffic tomato pincushions and sparrow softees would look fab all decked out in your finery. :o) Congrats on having them fly off the shelves, and thanks for the opportunity to win some for ourselves! xoxo Andie

Please count me in! I'll make a quilt with it. But, then again, I did just get the new Ottobre kids magazine and there are so many cute things to make in there! I could definitely see one of my daughters wearing your fabric!
Posted by: Arizona | Monday, July 06, 2009 at 08:44 PM
I have a list a mile long of projects I'd love to make with your fabrics! Aprons, Totes, Quilt, A new make up travel bag. mmmmm. It looks so yummy! What a great give away! ooxx`jodi

I have really been into banners lately and these would be gorgeous for that!
22 bolts? Wow!

I so need to call my local quilt shops and see if they have it -- I have been stalking them already but with 105 degree temperatures out right now, I can't just haul my two little girls all over town! SO excited the fabrics are making it to the stores!
Anyway, I can see myself dressing my girls in your fabrics completely. I would LOVE to do that. Since they are fat quarters though, I might have to work on a quilt instead. Ahhh, maybe big fat strings where you can really see the fabrics but still love the blending?
Posted by: nanann | Monday, July 06, 2009 at 09:04 PM
I'd make a gorgeous quilt with all that yummy fabric! Congrats on your success!
Posted by: Tina | Monday, July 06, 2009 at 09:05 PM
I think I would do a purse or bag with them or maybe a table runner... I can't deside.
They are all so lovely! Thanks for the give away!
Posted by: Marissa | Monday, July 06, 2009 at 09:07 PM
Congrats! I saw that it's up on Fat Quarter Shop too. I love how unique this line is compared to what's out there right now. Trend setter maybe? :) Fat Quarters are destined to be a quilt. I'd want to take advantage of the directional nature of some of the prints for sure!
Posted by: Suzanne | Monday, July 06, 2009 at 09:11 PM
Seems so exciting to figure out what to do with this fabulous fabric! I agree with someone that it would be hard to actually use them. But it would be only right to make something wonderful!
I am wanting to make a quilt with over sized blocks..like bow tie or large Dresden plate.
You are always such an inspiration and I so appreciate your creativeness!!
Posted by: peagreengirl | Monday, July 06, 2009 at 09:15 PM
I'm so (or shall I say 'sew') into making skirts for my 2 year old daughter...they're quick and easy and with a menagerie of fat quarters, you can really mix it up and make something truly unique - I let her pick some of the swatches and she tells everyone - "I help Mommy." Sew fun!
Thx for the opp to win!

Thanks for the celebration. I bought some over the Fourth of July weekend for my sewer friend's birthday in Nov. I plan to make a handbag!
Posted by: Andrea R. | Monday, July 06, 2009 at 09:27 PM
I am going to hop in the car tomorrow and head over to Quilter's Inn to see that fabric, and buy some! I live in Pleasanton so it isn't to far of a drive and I LOVE that store! Your line is so unique and fun and reminds me of an Impressionist painting. I would love to make a quilt-like shower curtain for my bathroom with the appliques across the top, wouldn't that be so cheery and fun?! Then I could embellish towels with the hydrangeas (my fav!) and tea pots. Maybe even make some wall hangings with the fabric stretched over blank canvases to hang on the wall. I can just see it now! Fabulous!
Posted by: Kim | Monday, July 06, 2009 at 09:35 PM
I'd make a beautiful girly lap quilt just for me, as at the moment every throw we have is male colours as there is a 3 to 1 ratio in favour of the males in this household. Something totatally girly would be delightful.
Posted by: kye | Monday, July 06, 2009 at 09:35 PM
Your Fabric is so beautiful! I would definitely make a quilt, maybe even for myself!
Posted by: Kelly | Monday, July 06, 2009 at 09:41 PM

You know I'm in! I love a celebration. (I'm so in awe of everything you've accomplished. WAY TO GO BARI!)
Let's see I have SO many things that I've been itching to make, but first things first.
I have to make two baby dresses for friends having girls and I want to try to make some lace up booties to go with them.
Then I'll hit the rest of the fun stuff!

I would love to win these just to sit and look at them but then they would probably go into bags - my absolutely favourite thing to make - or maybe some glorious pillows.

I love your fabrics and find them so inspirational when it comes to creating. I think a couple of swirly skirts come to mind but also a lovely summery quilt.

Oooh, how lovely. I love doing applique and I'd already spotted a teapot that looked just perfect for that. I think I'd also make some make-up bags...lots of them. And perhaps use some pieces as flashes of colour on plain summer linen bags.
Good luck with your new range - it deserves to do well! x

I love this giveaway I've never been in one so I don't really know how this works, but there's nothing wrong with trying. I've been looking into all the crafts and designs you can make out of any kind of fabric and I'm really impressed. I've always wanted to design and create something rather than just buying and item someone might already have the same. And right now I'd really like to make a tote bag for school this year. They look so amazing or a skirt or a dress. I could also try a quild or blanket for my mom's upcoming child. AWWW I can't wait to see who wins (Hope I do). I have to learn how to make all this because its just so GREAT!
Take care,
Edna Rosales
