Scraplique
I'm thinking that the "applique" I do isn't really applique. I'm going to just call it scraplique. Having fun playing with it tonight. I asked my daughter what she thought, and she said, "Is that a ladybug?". I see a doll dress, she sees a ladybug. Hmmmmmmm.
Your daughter is very clever! I can see how the overskirt of the dress can be thought of as ladybug wings!
